CNC timber cutting services for structural timber

We cut timber structures on a Hundegger K2i joinery machine – to your design or ours. Mostly from our own C24, KVH and glulam timber, and on request from the customer's material.

Machinery

Hundegger K2i joinery machine

At the heart of our production is the Hundegger K2 Industry joinery machine. In one pass it saws, mills and drills each member – no hand measuring and no adjustments.

The machine works from a 3D model of the structure. Before production the system simulates the whole process virtually, so every member is guaranteed to be cut and drilled correctly.

  • Under-table saw – cuts at any angle
  • 5-axis universal milling unit – birdsmouths, tenons, mortises, dovetails
  • Drilling units – holes for fasteners
  • Vertical slot mill – precise pockets and notches

Structures we produce on CNC

Roof structures

Rafters, purlins and complete roof frames – including asymmetric and unusual roofs.

Floors and load-bearing members

Floor joists, posts, beams and other members cut to length with all joints.

Public and farm buildings

Fire stations, farm buildings, canopies – see our projects.

Special structures

Irregular roof shapes and traditional carpentry joints without metal connectors.

Material

Our timber or your material

We mostly cut from our own certified C24, KVH and glulam timber from our timber yard, so you get timber, processing and transport in one quote.

We also process material supplied by the customer, provided it is of good quality. We do not accept reclaimed timber or timber contaminated with soil or concrete – hidden nails and stones could damage the machine.
