Ordering and design
How do I order a structure to my own design?
Send us a description with plans, drawings or a visualisation – via the form or to biuro@meisterbau.pl. We will clarify the details and send a quote. Once you accept it and pay the deposit, the order goes into production.
Do I need a finished design?
No. A sketch with dimensions and heights and a short description are enough for a quote. We design the structure ourselves – for gazebos, pergolas, carports and garages the design and quote are free.
How long does an order take?
Usually 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the timber type and availability of sections, the size of the structure and current workload.
How does payment work?
After you accept the quote we issue a pro forma invoice. The first instalment – usually 60% of the order value – is a deposit, after which production starts. The balance is invoiced before shipping. Invoices are paid by bank transfer within 7 days.

Timber and processing
Can you cut a structure from my own timber?
Yes. The material must be of good quality – we do not process reclaimed timber that may contain nails, or timber contaminated with soil or concrete, to avoid damaging our machines.
What is the maximum member size?
Up to 13 m long with sections up to 420 × 420 mm.
Which timber do you use?
Softwood, mainly spruce and pine: sawn timber, KVH (dried to approx. 15%) and glulam (approx. 12%). KVH and glulam come in NSI (non-visual) and SI (visual) grades. The choice depends on your needs and budget.
What is the difference between KVH, glulam and sawn timber?
KVH is dried, finger-jointed solid timber. Glulam is additionally laminated from lamellas in height. Both are planed on four sides. Sawn timber is rough, treated and wetter – it may twist or crack, and its sections and lengths are limited.

Delivery and collection
How do you deliver?
The members are packed and delivered to the address you specify – in any European Union country. Transport is priced individually by distance and volume.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. While there you can see CNC production and our show house built from profiled logs in Łącznik – it houses our office.
Do you install the structures?
No – we deliver members ready for self-assembly. Every structure comes with visualisations and technical drawings that make assembly manageable for anyone, even without carpentry experience. And if you have a question, we are just a phone call away.
Which languages do you speak?
English, German and Polish.
