Privacy policy

1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is meisterBau sp. z o.o., registered in Opole, Poland, ul. Drobiarska 2a, 45-410 Opole, plant: ul. 2. What data we process and why
Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry we process your e-mail address and, if provided, your first name, phone number, message, uploaded files (e.g. plans or drawings) and the language version of the site. We use the data to prepare a quote and answer your questions – at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We send an automatic confirmation to your address.
Phone and e-mail contact. We process correspondence data to reply and, where applicable, to fulfil an order (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Statistics and advertising – consent only. If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics (visitor statistics) and the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (measuring ads on Facebook and Instagram). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). With consent, when you submit the form we send Meta your encrypted (hashed) e-mail address and phone number. Without consent these tools are not loaded.
Server logs. The hosting server records technical connection data (IP address, time, page) for security and abuse prevention, including limiting the number of enquiries per address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. How long we keep data
- Enquiries and attachments – up to 3 years after the last contact; if a contract is concluded, for the period required by law (e.g. tax and accounting) and until claims expire.
- Statistics and advertising data – according to Google Analytics and Meta settings, no longer than 14 months (Google Analytics).
- You can withdraw cookie consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
4. Recipients
- our hosting and e-mail provider (LH.pl sp. z o.o.) and e-mail services we use,
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) – only with your consent,
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel, Conversions API) – only with your consent,
- transport companies – when delivering to your address,
- authorities where required by law.
Google and Meta may transfer data to the USA under the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise your rights, write to biuro@meisterbau.pl.
You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or with the authority in your country of residence.
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot send a quote. We do not make automated decisions about you.
6. Cookies and browser storage
- Necessary: we store your cookie banner choice in browser storage (localStorage).
- Statistics (with consent): Google Analytics cookies (e.g. _ga).
- Marketing (with consent): Meta cookies (e.g. _fbp, _fbc).
7. Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Files uploaded via the form are not stored on the web server – they go directly to our mailbox.
8. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when the tools we use change. The current version is always available on this page.
